陕西省国际科技合作基地食品与健康科学国际联合研究中心与俄罗斯、加拿大、西班牙、巴基斯坦、法国、希腊等国家特别是“一带一路”沿线国家以及澳门等特别行政区的著名高等院校、科研机构达成了学术交流协议，或者开展了科技合作工作。中心贯彻落实国家“一带一路”构想与健康中国战略，围绕老龄化社会人口健康重大需求，瞄准国际健康科学研究前沿，开展与“一带一路”沿线国家和地区的学术交流、科技合作，重点进行中药学、食品科学特别是药食同源交叉学科研究工作，为大健康产业升级和经济社会发展做出建设性、前瞻性的创新贡献。中心研究实力雄厚，教育资源丰富，相关教师或科研人员分别依托生物学博士后流动站等招收博士后科研人员和访问学者，在植物学、食品化学博士学位授权点招收博士研究生，在中药学、食品科学、生物与医药等硕士学位授权点招收硕士研究生。中心主任张华峰教授（学术带头人、首席科学家）培养的访问学者以及博士、硕士研究生中有5人毕业后成为高校教师，5人进入食品药品监督管理局（现市场监督管理局）工作，2人进入公立医院（公共卫生中心）工作，2人进入公立中学工作，1人为中共陕西省委组织部选调生，7人荣获国家奖学金或最美科技工作者等奖励，多名学生赴俄罗斯Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia、瑞典Lund University、英国University of Leeds、美国Illinois Institute of Technology、香港Chinese University of Hong Kong、澳门University of Macau等国（境）外院校或我国港澳地区院校学习深造，毕业生中多人取得高级职称或担任领导职务，就业发展前景优越（欢迎国内外学生报考）。中心将继续加强国际、省际学术交流和科技合作，在科学研究、人才培养和社会服务领域为国家作出重要贡献！
Cooperation and Exchanges of Science & Technology
International Joint Research Center of Shaanxi Province for Food and Health Sciences, a leading academic institution and science & technology cooperation base in Shaanxi Province, is established in Shaanxi Normal University, the People’s Republic of China. Directly administrated by the Ministry of Education of China, Shaanxi Normal University is a key university under the construction plan of China’s national “211 Project” and a university under China’s Innovation Platform Construction Plan of the “985” Superior Discipline of Teacher Education. The University is situated in the ancient capital city of Xi’an, one of the four internationally renowned historical and cultural cities. The research in International Joint Research Center of Shaanxi Province for Food and Health Sciences focuses on edible medicinal plants, nutrition and food safety, and foodborne illnesses. Catering to the national strategic demands for human health in the aging society, and aiming at the world frontiers of food and health sciences, efforts are made to promote original innovation in scientific research, to facilitate the science & technology exchanges among the scientists in China and other countries such as Russia, and to contribute to the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative. International Joint Research Center of Shaanxi Province for Food and Health Sciences offers research and professional degrees in nearly 10 fields of study. The degrees include Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy), M.S. (Master of Science), M.M. (Master of Medicine) and M.E. (Master of Engineering). The center also provides post-doctoral fellowship opportunity. The excellent graduate program has been attracting outstanding foreign and domestic students to the center.
