陕西师范大学积极响应国家“一带一路”倡议，主动对接、服务国家发展战略，发挥地缘及学科优势，积极开展与“一带一路”沿线国家和地区的教育文化交流与合作，深入实施“一带一路”驼铃计划，建设“1311丝绸之路教育与人文交流工程”。“丝绸之路沿线高校师生艺术展暨艺术教育论坛”是“1311丝绸之路教育与人文交流工程”的重要组成部分。其中，“丝绸之路沿线高校师生艺术展”以“以文化增进理解·用艺术点亮丝路”为主题，面向“一带一路”沿线国家友好合作院校及三个联盟成员高校征集作品百余件，涵盖舞蹈、歌曲、音乐、陶艺、油画、水粉画、国画、版画、工笔画、壁画、广告策划、建筑设计图等十余种艺术形式。作品内容展示了沿线国家和民族的风土人情、精神风貌、国家发展等，为中外民心相通、世界多元文明交流互鉴架起了艺术桥梁。
Responding to the Belt and Road Initiative actively by docking with and serving the national development strategy, Shaanxi Normal University takes advantage of its geographical and disciplinary strength to carry out educational and cultural exchanges and cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road. It implements both “the Belt and Road Camel Bell Project” and the “1311 Silk Road Education and Humanities Exchange Project” (the “1311” Project ) in depth. One key component to the latter is “the Art Exhibition of Teachers and Students of Universities Along the Silk Road ( the Art Education Forum)”. In line with the theme of “Enhancing Understanding With Culture and Lighting up the Silk Road with Art”, the Art Exhibition has collected over a hundred pieces of art works from the cooperative universities along the “Belt and Road” and among the member universities from the Three Alliances, covering more than ten art forms such as dances, songs, music, pottery, oil paintings, advertising planning and architectural blueprints. All the exhibits build up an art bridge for the communication of the Chinese people and the rest of the world as well as the exchange and mutual learning among diverse civilizations as they demonstrate the customs, spirit, and national development of the countries and nations along the Silk Road.
